Grocery Shopping!

I was looking through some old pictures and came accross these photos from a couple years ago...
My mom and i had just been shopping at Costco, and you all know how that ends up...
My little bug was FILLED with food!
After piling into the car and driving home, we couldn't bare the thought of carying ALL those groceries ALL the way from the car to the kitchen, so...

We decided to just pull car into the kitchen and unloaded it there...
BRILLIANT!
It was mom's idea... i'm sure if Jerry had been home, we probably would have come up with the strength to walk the distance...
but... he wasn't. :)
P.S. Pulling into the kitchen wasn't so bad... Backing out was a whole different story! ;)
DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!!!

Missing Socks...

Doesn’t it just drive you crazy when you do a load of laundry, lay it out on your bed, fold, and fold, and fold, and when you’re done…somehow there is one sock left without a pair….WHAT THE HECK? How could that sock possibly get lost in a 15ft distance?

Well, I have the answer…

Yesterday we noticed that our dryer wasn’t doing it’s job, so we got the “handyman” to come today to see what was wrong. Before he arrived, I panicked at the thought of how dirty it must be behind those machines. I went ahead and pulled the dryer out from its little corner and was astonished at the sight. “There’s all my socks!!!” No joke, I found 17 socks without pairs back there.

So, the moral of the story is, next time you finish all of your folding and you end up with a lonely sock… try looking behind the dryer!

P.S. Aditional items found:

Fork
Hair curler
12 buttons
candy wrappers
oven mit
hangers
pictures of past residents
spilled detergent
price tags
etc. etc.

NOTE: This house was rented by college girls in the past 5 years.

General Maximus III

MEET MAX!

Jimmy and I have wanted a dog since the day we got married and have been looking around for the perfect one. Originally we planned for a young puppy, but once we came accross this cute face our minds quickly changed! We have had him for about two weeks now and have decided that a dog that is house trained, very calm, great with kids, and loves to just hang out was a much better decision than trying to raise a puppy that chews, barks, pees everywhere, and demands constant attention.

We know that someday, we will get our cute little puppy, but for now... life is good with Maximus! :)

ATTENTION: ALL SINGLE GIRLS!!

Look who gets home THIS MONTH!!

That's right, my handsome twin brother "Elder Carman" is returning in honor!

I, along with my family and friends, are anxiously awaiting the moment we can all hear about the "Best Two Years!"

Sterling is serving in the Jackson, Mississippi Mission and was an AMAZING missionary! I say amazing simply to reflect the emails and letters that we have received from his Mission President, Members he is working with, and investigators that Sterling has impacted. All of which speak highly of his hard work, integrity, and amazing testimony. In other words, he is an Angel to us all.

One of the main reasons for this post is to inform all those young ladies that this Uniquely Wonderful individual is VERY available to those "worthy" of his qualities. I can testify, being his twin sister and life long protector, that the young lady that wins this boys heart is simply the luckiest!

INTERESTED???? Let me know and we can set up an interview that may qualify you for a date with this Stud Muffin!

Love At First Sight!

DO YOU BELIEVE IN LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT?

I do!

Here is what my cute husband looked like the first time i saw him. He had just played his last football game of his highschool career. Watching from afar, i saw the Sweaty, Teary, and the most adorable sight in the world as he pulled off his helmet and wrapped his cute little mother up in his arms.

At that very moment I fell in love with a boy I hadn't ever met, but knew that from that moment on, I would do anything and everything I could to win this boys heart!

To this day, (4 years later) I look over at this same boy in surprise that it actually happened. I am married to the one and only boy that stopped my heart in a muddy and torn Football Jersey!

Go #24! I love you Jim!

Our New Business... ForeverRing! WWW.FOREVERRING.NET

So, long story short, Jim lost his wedding ring on our honeymoon in the ocean, so we came home to get it replaced. The store in the mall that we origianally bought the ring from wouldn't help us out. We searched and found Jim's exact ring for $200 less than the first ring. We now have a goal to share this information with new couples so they can better afford their ring. Check out our new website and our GREAT prices! :)

Our Little Story!

Once upon a time there was a little princess named Camy. One miraculous summer of 2005, Camy attended EFY down in Cedar City Utah, where she met a beautiful princess named Julie Little. Princess Julie and Princess Camy became fast friends by no coincidence. Throughout the week Julie observed princess Camy and insisted that she meet her little brother, Prince Jimmy. Princess Camy was flattered by the suggestion and had no objection.
Time passed about three months, when finally Princess Camy was at a football match (The Mighty Thunderbirds vs. The Brave Bruins) and spotted Princess Julie in the stands. They ran to each other and rejoiced in their reunion. After catching up and reminiscing on old times, Julie pointed out Prince Jimmy on the playing field (#24). The game had ended and Princess Camy watched from afar as Prince Jimmy’s family embraced with tears as the knowledge seeped in that it was the last football game Prince Jimmy would ever play.
Unfortunately Camy and Jimmy weren’t able to meet until a month later on a date. Princess Camy was very impressed and fell deeply in love with this amazing prince who she swore she would make him her husband someday. The next year Princess Camy did everything she could to show her prince that she was the “one and only” for him. Prince Jimmy left on a mission to Brazil, which didn’t stop Camy from continuing her mission to win over her future husband. Two years passed slowly and Prince Jimmy returned in honor. Princess Camy had spent the two years becoming the most beautiful Lady of the land and also the most amazing. Jimmy had no other choice but to fall deeply and madly in love and snatched this little princess up and made her his wife.
Camy and Jimmy became the happiest couple in the valley and grew in their love and true joy everyday forever and ever... well, at least for the last two months.

And they will live happily ever after for eternity! Thanks Princess Julie

Memorabilia! :)

There was a Noon Devotional this last Friday at the institute given by Sis. Colleen Terry. She shared something that I thought everyone deserved to think about. She started off by telling us to picture in our mind our favorite photograph. She explained that these photographs remind us of happy moments that we don't ever want to forget... She then went through different happy events that each of us have in our memory; the day we were married, receiving our driver's license, our first kiss, getting baptised, etc. She continued all the way back to our first baby step, and our very first breath. We all laughed because no one could ever remember how they felt when they took their first breath. Sis. Terry asked us why, why can't we remember that far back... simply it is because we don't have a perfect memory. She then explained that we all know that these events (first step, and breath) took place because we have evidence… we have proof! This proof includes pictures, family videos, our parents as eye witnesses, etc.
To change gears, Sis. Terry then explained that this is exactly what happened as we came to earth. We know that we lived before we came here simply because of the proof that we have on this earth; the Book of Mormon, our patriarchal blessings, Prophets, etc. etc. We are here to REMEMBER who we are and to strive to reach that potential!
WOW! I’m not sure if the above explanation makes any sense anyone else, but it does to me and I know that it is true! I know that when I read my scriptures the spirit is trying to remind me that I am someone special, i know that my patriarchal blessing is a letter from my Father in Heaven telling me a little bit about who i really am and who He wants me to be, i know that our Prophet is an instrument in His hands to bring us all home together! THE CHURCH IS TRUE MY FRIENDS! :)
P.s. Thanks Colleen! You're a Peach!
